Changes and cancellations

If an unforeseen circumstance arises and you cannot attend your appointment, you will have the option to change your appointment, up to 48 hours prior to it, looking for another date on the calendar that suits you better.
The contracted service can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellation of the service will not entitle you to a refund; you may change your appointment until 31.12.2022.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the amount of the contracted service will not be refunded and you will not have the right to change the appointment.
To make any appointment changes, log in to your profile with your username and password and click on ‘appointments’. From this section you can reschedule your appointment by searching for a new date and time in the calendar. Please note that, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee the availability of the new date and time.
